| | | | In this contxt, oneness refers to the harmoneous state of body, mind, and spirit. As one begins the Yoga practice, one's mind is often not synchronized with one's body, which is in turn not synchronized with one's breath. One can practice highly structured movements for full cooperation between one's mind, body, and breath to achieve oneness and harmony. Through this process, a person can greatly improve his/her capability of releasing tension inside the body. Oneness can be further developed by practicing free energy dancing, in which body movements follow the flow of energy or Qi. In this stage, oneness is accomplished by the union of individual entity with the universe through energy. | |
