| 2. Spleen Chakra: Energetic color - orange. It is located at the area between the naval and the pubic. Stimulated properly, it can open up an awareness of energy communication. |

| 3. Solar Plexus Chakra: Energetic color - yellow. It is located at the area between the naval and the chest. Stimulated properly, it can open up an awareness of psychic energy and experience. |

| 4. Heart Chakra: Energetic color - green. It is located at center of chest. Stimulated properly, it can open up an awareness of compassion, love, and understanding. |

| 5. Throat Chakra: Energetic color - bright blue. It is located at the throat. Stimulated properly, it can open up an awareness of new dimension of comprehension and creativity. |

| 6. Brow Chakra: Energetic color - indigo. It is located in middle and a little up between two eyes. Stimulated properly, it can open up an awareness of imagination and creative visualization. |

| 7. Crown Chakra: Energetic color - violet. It is located on the top of the head. Stimulated properly, it can open up an awareness of spiritual essence. |

| The seven Chakra can be grouped into three energy center: lower energy center (1st and 2nd Chakra), middle energy center (3rd and 4th Chakra), and upper energy center (5th, 6th, and 7th Chakra). The lower energy center is the center for our physical body; the middle energy center is the center for our emotional body; and the upper energy center is the center for our spiritual body. |
